Going beyond just monitoring, our services encompass medication and appointment reminders, coordination of transportation, coaching/cueing activities of daily living, promoting kitchen safety, supporting memory and vision loss as well as mental/developmental challenges, and even detecting falls. Sometimes more importantly, we offer companionship, fostering a sense of connection which reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness. Working in conjunction with home-health caregivers, we provide an umbrella of support when they are not able to be there. Our comprehensive program is significantly less expensive than most other support services and thus can easily be added onto service plans. Members need to be on one of the HCBS waivers.
