South Metro Housing Options Opening 4 Property Waiting Lists to Open Indefinitely Beginning Dec. 5
You can now join a SMHO property waiting list at any time! We will be opening 4 property waiting lists indefinitely. These lists will remain open with no closing date, making it easier and more convenient to find affordable housing in Littleton.
The properties are:
Alyson Court – serving adults age 62 and over or adults age 18 and over with disabilities
Amity Plaza – serving adults age 62 and over or adults age 18 and over with disabilities
Bradley House – serving adults age 62 and over or adults age 18 and over with disabilities
Overlook at Powers Park – serving adults age 62 and over
Each property has different qualifications, which can be located on each property’s website page.
