Additional Information: CFCE summer camps provide intensive Conductive Education therapy (a neurorehabilitative approach that covers therapeutic areas addressed in PT, OT, and SLT) in a fun, motivating peer group with 1:1 staff support. Each day at camp, participants work on gross motor and fine motor skills; increase their flexibility and strength; practice daily life skills such as dressing, transferring, and eating; and enjoy taking an active part in social activities with their peers in a structured learning environment tailored to their individual goals. CFCE is beneficial for most individuals with motor disabilities, from those learning to roll and sit up to those learning to walk up the stairs independently.
