The adaptive equipment much be bought and installed within 12 months of purchasing the vehicle and a reimbursement application must be submitted to Toyota within 90 days of installation. Toyota will also cover labor cost for transferring of materials from a previous vehicle to a newer Toyota vehicle and it is recommended that it is done through an NMEDA Dealer (National Mobility Equipment Association) that will provide through a Quality Assurance Program. This application can be filled out by an individual or family member and is accepted at any time during the calendar year.
